What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before a scheduled session, otherwise it will be counted as used.

If I purchase a program, how often are the sessions scheduled?
Sessions are scheduled usually on a weekly basis. It is recommended to complete a training program no later than 3 months from the purchase date. Sessions that are not used 6 months after the purchase date will be deemed as lost.

What do I need to prepare for a session?
An email will be sent to you the day before your session with specific instructions for feeding (or not) your pup prior to the session. Please have your pup’s favorite treats handy, as well as a harness and standard 3-5ft long nylon leash.
